All four books had a tremendous amount of fantastic information, The ebooks, however, miss the mark by not having the tables and other documents that are called out in the reading.
The 7 habits of effective people was very interesting. It gave me some pointers how to be a better leader; how to work with people with varied personalities.I had a staff meeting and I used some of the information from the book to highlight perspective. I used the pictures of the woman; the children and the man on the bus. I also used production versus production capability to highlight how we want our clients to produce but we do not dig deep to find out if they have skills to complete the different task. Also how we can help them to produce.I am still reading the others. Overall this book is thought provoking and it help one to be reflective and see how to improve.
I love Stephen Corey's books. They have changed my life for the good and helped me get over some self defeating attitudes that were keeping me from enjoying people and life. I thank the Lord for helping me find his book 7 Habits for Highly Effective People many years ago! His other books are equally powerful with families and businesses.
Having all of these books in one reader is all you need to stay focused as a leader inside and outside the office.
7 habits is by far my favorite and on my calendar to read once a year!
